Theatre Royal Bath hosts Carolyn Burns’ stage adaptation of Alfred Hitchcock’s 1959 thriller
Casting has been announced for the UK stage premiere of Alfred Hitchcock’s North by Northwest, which opens at Theatre Royal Bath later this month.
Directed by Simon Phillips, Carolyn Burns' adaptation of the 1959 thriller will feature a cast including Jonathan Watton as advertising executive Roger O Thornhill who is abducted in a case of mistaken identity.
He will be joined by Angus Brown, Christopher Chilton, Tom Davey, Olivia Fines, Kieran Gough, Nick Harris, Joanna Van Kampen, Gerald Kyd, Abigail McKern, Roddy Peters and Nick Sampson.
The UK premiere is part of Jonathan Church‘s inaugural summer season at the Bath venue.
North by Northwest runs at the Theatre Royal Bath from 31 July to 12 August, with previews from 21 July.
