Beautiful extends at Aldwych to February 2016

Beautiful – The Carole King Musical has extended booking at the Aldwych Theatre until 13 February 2016.

The Broadway import opened to an audience including King herself on Tuesday (24 February 2015).

Katie Brayben plays the title role of Carole King with Ian McIntosh as song-writer Barry Mann, Alan Morrissey as King’s husband and song-writing partner Gerry Goffin, Lorna Want as song-writer Cynthia Weil, Glynis Barber as Genie Klein, King’s mother, and Gary Trainor as music publisher and producer Don Kirshner.

The show features Carole King classics including "Will You Love Me Tomorrow", "Up on the Roof", "Locomotion", "One Fine Day", "You've Got a Friend" and "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman".
