Full cast joining Mathew Horne and Ed Speleers in Rain Man announced

The stage adaptation of the classic film is to tour the UK from the end of August

The full cast joining Mathew Horne and Ed Speleers in the stage production of Rain Man has been announced.

Horne plays Raymond and Speleers plays Charlie in the piece, which is an adaptation of the film that starred Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman. Announced today are Mairi Barclay (Pippin), Hannah Barker, Elizabeth Carter (Dreamboats and Petticoats), Adam Lilley (The 39 Steps), Neil Roberts (Mamma Mia!) and Joe Sellman-Leava (Monster).

The show is by Dan Gordon and will be directed by Jonathan O'Boyle. It opens at Theatre Royal Windsor on 20 August and then tours to Milton Keynes, Cardiff, Eastbourne, Southend, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Brighton, Guildford, Leeds, Richmond, Derby and Northampton, with further dates to be announced.

The story follows Charlie, who discovers that his long-lost, autistic brother Raymond has inherited his family's fortune.
