Jodie Prenger stars in Tell Me on a Sunday tour

Jodie Prenger will star in a touring production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black's Tell Me on a Sunday next year.

The one-woman musical charts the romantic misadventures of a young English girl newly arrived in new York. The score features "Unexpected Song", "Take That Look Off Your Face" and the title song.

Prenger, who rose to fame when she won BBC casting show I'd Do Anything to star as Nancy in the West End revival of Oliver! in 2009, has subsequently appeared in shows including Spamalot, One Man, Two Guvnors and Calamity Jane.

Tell Me on a Sunday will be directed by Paul Foster, and includes "an intimate post-show chat with Jodie about life, love and playing the role of Emma."
