The Diary of a Teenage Girl is based on the graphic novel by Phoebe Gloeckner and is adapted by Marielle Heller. It was made into a film in 2015 starring Alexander Skarsgård and Kristen Wiig.

Directed by Alexander Parker, the production has designs by Andrew Riley, lighting by David Howe and sound by James Nicholson.

The Diary of a Teenage Girl runs at Southwark Playhouse from 6 to 25 March, with previews from 1 March.
