Adapted by Patrick Garland from the writings of the 17th Century Antiquary, John Aubrey, Brief Lives is an entertainment like no other, packed with bawdy and outrageous reminiscences of the age, as an old man in the last year of his life looks back on a magical and hilarious period. One man show first performed, with great success, in the mid 1960s.
