Gaps

Passenger wants to talk to everyone… Too bad they picked the London Underground as the place to start trying…And they can’t get out of their own head…And they can’t stop wondering who these other travellers already are… Perhaps a gummy bear can help with their confidence, a rod puppet to syphon off their worries… But even then, what are the right words, the right thoughts, the right moments to connect? Why do they feel so alone? What possibilities lie in these brief instances? What exists in the gaps between us? Through physical theatre, puppetry and dance, GAPS weaves heart and humour in an honest and earnest exploration of loneliness, what it means to connect and the ‘spaces between’ intimacy.
