Join our hero, Ariel, on a riotous adventure to the surface of the Humber as she swashbuckles her way to saving the seafaring Prince in our annual pantomime. Will Hull’s favourite panto dame, Pattie Breadcake, be crowned Queen of the Humber? Or will the evil witch, Ursula, seize the throne? Find out in our wet and wild, rock and roll take on the classic fairy tale this Christmas. With a full live band, mess galore and the chance to make as much noise as you can, The Little Mermaid continues the rowdy, chaotic style that has made the Middle Child pantomime an unmissable part of Hull’s festive season. Our final show, on Sunday 29th December at 6pm, is our “mischief performance”. This tradition sees the cast and crew play pranks on each other throughout the show, with the audience in on the joke. Think our usual panto madness, but cranked up to 11. Middle Child are pleased to announce an integrated, Polish-described performance of our pantomime, The Little Mermaid, in Hull this Christmas. A Polish performer will join the cast on stage at Jubilee Central as a Polish-speaking fairy who narrates the show for the benefit of the city’s large Polish community.
This event takes place at Jubilee Central Hull, 62 King Edward Street, Hull, HU1 3SQ. Tel 01482 328 196
