My Bed

The first drama in a trilogy of one act plays themed on the lives of Artists and their motivation. An emotional tug of war between artist Tracey Emin and her friend Kate Moss as one struggles with deep depression and the other wants to gadabout town.

MAKING ART trilogy explores the dynamic value of tricky relationships in the creative process. The trio of plays My Bed, Waiting for Bacon and The Yellow House look at how three celebrated works of art might have evolved. Each play is imagined and focuses on the relationship between artist and lover or artist and close friend, showing how the dynamics of intense relationships shape their art.
