Organ Prom – Sound the Trumpet II

The thrilling repertoire of music for Trumpet and organ will be heard in this concert upon various brass instruments which will be explained and demonstrated. These include conventional modern symphonic and ?Piccolo’ trumpets, Flugelhorn and an historic Baroque instrument. Music from the 18th to 20th century will introduce the audience to both the heroic and lyrical qualities of the trumpet.
