The Cagebirds

A group of ‘lady birds’ – each possessed of a truly quirky, distinctive personality, and living a life of confinement – are forced to re-examine their entire existence when their neurotic, claustrophobic little group is infiltrated by The Wild One. What follows is a challenging, funny, subversive black comedy, raising questions of female autonomy, identity and ultimately, freedom.
