Stage Experience Present Fame at Empire

Fame features a cast of young people from the local area, working with a professional creative team who will star in a stage adaptation of the Academy Award-winning movie and popular TV series of the same name.

This breathtaking show follows the lives of a group of students attending New York’s High School for the Performing Arts. Follow them on their journey through school in this feel-good show as they reach for the stars and the bright lights of the entertainment industry.

An amateur performance by arrangement with Josef Weinberger Ltd. Music by Steven Margoshes. Lyrics by Jacques Levy. Book by Jose Fernandez. Based on a concept by David DeSilva. Title song by Dean Pitchford and Michael Gore.

Fame is presented by Stage Experience a project which gives young performers a chance to appear on a stage in a full-scale musical.

Fame runs from 5 – 7 August at the Liverpool Empire.
