Mark Farrelly's new solo show about legendary raconteur Quentin Crisp will run at the St James Studio in London following its debut at next month's Edinburgh Fringe.

This show sees Crisp both in his beloved Chelsea flat as the 1970s dawned, and in his final years in his adopted New York.

Farrelly is directed by the actress Linda Marlowe, who has won awards for her own solo performances such as Berkoff’s Women and The World’s Wife.

Quentin Crisp: Naked Hope will run at the St James from 28 August to 7 September 2014, following its run at the Gilded Balloon in Edinburgh (30 July-25 August).
