The cast and creative team have been confirmed for the West End performances of Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss' Six, a new musical based on the wives of Henry VIII.

After a debut run at the Edinburgh Fringe earlier this year, the show will be produced by Kenny Wax (who produces the work of Mischief Theatre) and Global Musicals. It features songs including "Ex Wives", "Haus of Holbein" and "Don’t Lose Ur Head", riffing off contemporary pop vibes to rewrite historical facts.

The cast will be composed of Aimie Atkinson (In The Heights, Dirty Dancing) as Katherine Howard, Izuka Hoyle (Working) as Catherine Parr, Renée Lamb (9 to 5) as Catherine of Aragon, Genesis Lynea (The Wild Party,The 4 O'Clock Club) as Anne of Cleves, Christina Modestou (In the Heights, Shrek, Urinetown) as Anne Boleyn and Natalie Paris (Sunday in the Park with George) as Jane Seymour.

The show will be directed by Lotte Wakeham (The Hound of the Baskervilles), with choreography by Cressida Carré, musical direction by Joe Beighton, orchestrations by Tom Curran, sound design by Andy Graham, lighting design by Rebecca Fry, costume design by Roberto Surace, and associate direction by Jamie Armitage, who directed the show's Edinburgh run.

Six runs at the Arts Theatre on 18 December, 8 January, 15 January and 22 January.
