Natalie Dormer, Angela Griffin and more join Katherine Parkinson for Home, I'm Darling opening night

Laura Wade's Home, I'm Darling opened in the West End last night, and guests joined the cast to mark the occasion.

Names including Natalie Dormer, Angela Griffin, Martha Plimpton and Samuel West attended the performance at the Duke of York's Theatre in London, where the production runs until 13 April.

Home, I'm Darling first opened at Theatr Clwyd in Mold before transferring to the National Theatre. Following its run in the West End the show will embark on a UK tour and return to Clwyd.

Starring Katherine Parkinson (The IT Crowd), Wade's play is directed by Clwyd's artistic director Harvey, with design from Anna Fleischle, lighting from Lucy Carter, sound from Tom Gibbons and choreography from Charlotte Broom.

In her review of the National Theatre run, Sarah Crompton said it was "a joy, clever and controlled, brilliantly staged and hugely original."
