Following Tonic Theatre's platform event at the National Theatre last week – which featured playwright Moira Buffini (Handbagged, wonder.land), NT’s director of producing and planning Sacha Milroy and designer Vicki Mortimer – Lucy Kerbel sat down with Buffini for a special Tonic Celebrates interview for WhatsOnStage.

Established in 2011, Tonic Theatre is an organisation committed to supporting the arts and creative industries to achieve greater gender equality in their work and workforces.

The UK tour of Buffini's play Gabriel opens in Richmond on 28 March, starring Paul McGann.
