The iconic figures come together in a musical mélange

Jamie Bogyo and Glenn Adamson will play Bram Stoker and Oscar Wilde respectively in Stoker Wilde, a new musical in development, at Wilton’s Music Hall from 27 to 31 October 2026.
The seven-performance run will also feature three-time Olivier Award winner David Bedella as Henry Irving, Christina Bennington as Florence Stoker, Jemma Geanaus as Ellen Terry, Matt Rixon as Walt Whitman and Oliver Stockley as Lord Alfred ‘Bosie’ Douglas.
Set in London, Stoker Wilde explores the relationship between Stoker and Wilde, who were both born in Dublin before moving to London. The musical explores their lives, careers and rivalry, alongside the creation of Dracula and The Picture of Dorian Gray.
The 90-minute, one-act musical has a book and lyrics by Eric Rosen, with music and lyrics by Rodney Bush. It is directed by Séimí Campbell, who was an associate director at the National Theatre from 2021 to 2024.
Stoker Wilde runs at Wilton’s Music Hall from 27 to 31 October, with press invited to attend the 7pm performance on 28 October. It is presented as a musical in development. Casting is by Will Burton for Grindrod Burton.
