Exclusive: First look at Emma Hatton as Elphaba in Wicked

First look images have been released of Emma Hatton, who is taking over as Elphaba in Wicked from 2 February 2015.

Hatton, who was previously the standby Elphaba in the show, takes over from Jennifer DiNoia as the green witch.

Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire that re-imagined the stories and characters created by L Frank Baum in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Wicked tells the untold story of an unlikely but profound friendship between two girls who first meet as sorcery students. Their adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfill their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.

The rest of the London cast includes, Savannah Stevenson (Glinda), Liza Sadovy (Madame Morrible), Martyn Ellis (The Wizard), Philip Childs (Doctor Dillamond), Sam Lupton (Boq) and Katie Rowley Jones (Nessarose).
