Broadway star, recording artist and movie actress – Bette Midler is extending her North American tour to include the UK for the first time in 35 years.
Following huge success with her two year residency in Las Vegas, superstar Bette Midler has announced that she will embark on a tour of England and Scotland next year, marking the first time she has performed here in 35 years.
The singer/actress will visit Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds and London in July next year and she will be
performing material from across her extensive career, as well as tracks from her new album "It's The Girls!" – which is released today.
Her latest album is a tribute to girl groups through the years, including The Andrews Sisters, The Supremes and TLC.
This is Midler's has released 14th album since 1972. The Divine Ms M, as she is known has also won four Grammys, three Emmys, three Golden Globes, nine American Comedy Awards and a Tony Award.
Tickets for Bette's UK performances will go on sale on Friday (November 21) at 9am, with tickets priced from £50 (£56 in London).

11 July: Manchester Arena
13 July: The SSE Hydro, Glasgow
15 July: First Direct Arena, Leeds
18 July: The O2, London
