Since returning to London last month, Jim Steinman's Bat Out of Hell has rocked its way around the Dominion Theatre every night, bringing to life the songs of Meat Loaf with a bombastic dystopian twist.

We get a first look at never-before-seen pics from the show, including some of the epic set pieces from the musical, which stars Andrew Polec and Christina Bennington.

Directed by Jay Scheib, the piece is set in an eclectic apocalyptic world where a group of radioactive rockers are frozen at the age of 18. In her review of the show's return to the West End, critic Jane Kemp said it is "a full throttle, high volume, spectacular rebirth of a musical masterpiece."

The musical is based on Steinman's music from the Meat Loaf albums of the same name, and includes the songs "I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)", "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" and "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad".
