First look at Chris Thorpe's Beowulf

Images have been released of Debbie Korley and Danny Saul in Beowulf, which runs at the Unicorn Theatre until 5 November.

Directed by Justin Audibert, Chris Thorpe's new adaptation of this classic text is set to a metal and electro-infused soundtrack, performed live by writer and composer Saul.

In this production – suitable for children aged 8 and upwards – Korley recounts Beowulf’s dark and difficult journey as he prepares for battle one last time.

Beowulf runs at the Unicorn Theatre until 5 November.
