Based on the 1998 film of the same name, The Wedding Singer tells the story of Robbie Hart – played by Adam Sandler on screen – a down-on-his-luck wannabe rockstar and New Jersey's favourite wedding singer.

With music by Matthew Sklar, lyrics by Chad Beguelin and a book by Beguelin and Tim Herlihy, the show pastiches '80s music including the popular song, "I Wanna Grow Old With You".

Fans of the musical can see a sneak peek of the new production at this weekend's West End Live. You can find out what time they, and other acts, are playing here.

The tour will be directed and choreographed by Nick Winston with design by Francis O’Connor.

The Wedding Singer opens at the Curve, Leicester on 9 February 2017 and tours to Sunderland, Cardiff, Dublin, Dartford, Cambridge, Southampton, Belfast, Bradford, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness, High Wycombe, Llandudno, Bromley, Plymouth, Tunbridge Wells, Shrewsbury, Swansea and Portsmouth.
