Preeya Kalidas

Preeya Kalidas is a British actor and singer known for her work in theatre, film and television. She originated the role of Pinky in the West End production of Bend It Like Beckham the Musical and appeared in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Bombay Dreams and EastEnders, where she played Amira Masood. On screen, her credits include Bend It Like Beckham, East is East, Britz and Doctors. As a recording artist, she has released music under her own name and collaborated with artists including Skepta. A graduate of the Sylvia Young Theatre School, Kalidas continues to work across stage and screen.
