New West End hit The Comedy About a Bank Robbery has announced an extension, now booking at the Criterion Theatre until 23 April 2017.

Created by Mischief Theatre and written by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields – the team behind Oliver Award-winning show The Play That Goes Wrong – the production recently opened to rave reviews with WhatsOnStage awarding it five stars.

The play follows eight incompetent criminals trying to steal a diamond and is directed by Mark Bell and members of the Mischief Theatre Company.

With their successful Christmas production Peter Pan Goes Wrong returning to the Apollo Theatre for a limited run from October, the extension now means Mischief Theatre will have three West End shows on over the festive period.
