Exclusive: Susan Egan, the original voice of Meg in Disney’s Hercules, will make a special appearance at Theatre Royal Drury Lane this Halloween.

For one night only on 31 October, the production of Hercules will be transformed as Hades takes over the front of house with themed music, photo opportunities and activities ahead of the performance. At the curtain call, Egan will join the cast on stage to lead a Disney villain medley to close the evening.

Egan said: “When Herc comes calling, what’s a Meg to do?! I’m thrilled to be coming to London to join the cast of Hercules for a very special third act this Halloween! That’s Hades’ big day, after all, and I hold no grudges. This brilliant story holds a very special place in my heart, so it’s truly wonderful to celebrate its new life at Theatre Royal Drury Lane – and even make my debut on that iconic stage!”

In addition to voicing Meg, Egan voiced Lin in Spirited Away and received a Tony Award nomination for originating the role of Belle in Beauty and the Beast on Broadway.

The event begins at 8pm, with audiences encouraged to attend in seasonal costumes, particularly those inspired by Disney villains. The evening will also feature themed cocktails and mocktails at the bar, and giveaways from Lorcana, the Disney trading card game created by Ravensburger.

Tickets for the Halloween performance are available via the Theatre Royal Drury Lane box office.
