Network starring Bryan Cranston to transfer to Broadway

The National Theatre has announced that its production of Network, starring Bryan Cranston, will transfer to Broadway in November.
Lee Hall's adaptation of the Academy Award-winning film by Paddy Chayefsky, follows Howard Beale (Cranston), a news anchor who decides his next broadcast will be his last.
Ivo van Hove's production opened at the National Theatre in November 2017 and featured onstage dining, where audience members sit at tables and eat a three-course meal during the performance.
Cranston made his London stage debut in Network, going on to win the 2018 Olivier Award for Best Actor. In her review for WhatsOnStage, Daisy Bowie-Sell said the Breaking Bad star was 'magnetic'.
The Broadway transfer will run at the Cort Theatre from 10 November for a limited 18-week run. Further casting is to be announced.
