Considine makes his stage debut in the play at the Royal Court
The cast and creatives of The Ferryman celebrated at the Royal Court last night following the opening of Jez Butterworth's new play.
Paddy Considine made his stage debut in the production which is directed by Royal Court newcomer and James Bond director Sam Mendes and produced by Sonia Friedman.
The cast also includes Laura Donnelly, Fra Fee and Genevieve O'Reilly.
In her rave five-star review for WhatsOnStage, Sarah Crompton said the play is a "triumphant, bold piece of theatre" which is "full of life and heart and passion".

The Ferryman runs at the Royal Court until 20 May and then transfers to the Gielgud Theatre from 20 June to 7 October.
