Further venues have been announced for the 2015-16 tour of Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins which, as previously reported, kicks off at Leicester Curve in October.

The additional dates are: Norwich Theatre Royal (29 June-30 July 2016), Plymouth Theatre Royal (3 August-3 September 2016) and Newcastle Theatre Royal (8 September-29 October 2016).

Adapted from the much-loved film, the production has a book by Julian Fellowes and includes the classic songs "Jolly Holiday", "Step in Time", "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" and "Feed the Birds".

New songs and additional music and lyrics were added by the Olivier award-winning British team of George Stiles and Anthony Drewe.

Directed by Richard Eyre with choreography by Matthew Bourne and Stephen Mear, the stage production of Mary Poppins originally opened in 2004 and ran in the West End for three years and over 1,250 performances.
