Sandi Toksvig’s new play gets its world premiere at the Rose Theatre Kingston
Images have been released of Sandi Toksvig's new play Silver Lining which opens this evening at the Rose Theatre Kingston.
The QI presenter's new play is about five elderly ladies sharing stories in a retirement home when a storm hits. Toksvig's son, Theo Toksvig-Stewart, will make his professional stage debut in the piece, which also stars Rachel Davies, Kezia Joseph, Maggie McCarthy, Joanna Monro, Sheila Reid and Amanda Walker. The production is produced by English Touring Theatre and the Rose Theatre Kingston.
Silver Lining runs at Rose Theatre Kingston until 11 February before touring to Portsmouth, Oxford, Cambridge, Ipswich, Keswick, York and Salford.
