Further casting for the UK tour of Crazy for You has been announced.

Charlotte Wakefield will join Tom Chambers and Caroline Flack to play Polly in the Watermill Theatre's production of the musical which opens in a UK tour at Theatre Royal Plymouth in August.

The cast is completed by Arthur Boan, Daniel Bolton, Hollie Cassar, Neil Ditt, Kate-Anne Fenton, Christopher Fry, Stacey Ghent, Matthew James Hinchcliffe, Kieran Kuypers, Kate Milner-Evans, Emma Jane Morton, Kate Robson-Stuart, Ned Rudkins-Stow, Seren Sandham-Davies and Mark Sangster.

Wakefield, whose credits include The Sound of Music at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, replaces Caroline Sheen from the original cast,

Paul Hart directed the production which originally opened in August 2016. WhatsOnStage's review called the show a "crazy summer cocktail".

Crazy for You has music and lyrics from the Gershwin brothers and a book by Ken Ludwig. Songs in the show include "I Got Rhythm" and "Nice Work If You Can Get It". The plot is based on the Gershwin's hit Crazy Girl where a Danny is sent to look after his family's ranch but instead employs showgirls from Broadway as entertainment.

The UK tour of Crazy for You opens in Plymouth (17 to 26 August) before visiting Leeds Grand Theatre (29 August to 2 September), Wales Millenium Centre (5 to 9 September) Theatre Royal Newcastle (12 to 16 September) and more.

Crazy for You opens at Theatre Royal Plymouth on 17 August and then tours the UK until 5 May 2018.
