This new play by Alex Gwyther explores the effect of traumatic events on mental health
Casting has been announced for the world premiere of Alex Gwyther's Eyes Closed, Ears Covered, which opens at the Bunker Theatre in September.
EastEnders star Danny-Boy Hatchard will join Phoebe Thomas (Hetty Feather, Holby City) and Joe Idris-Roberts (Soon to play the title role in the NT's Pinocchio) in the dark comedy about two teenage boys who head to Brighton to relive a special day from four years ago.
WhatsOnStage Award-winner Derek Anderson (Sweeney Todd, Twickenham Theatre) directs the piece, which explores the effect of traumatic events on mental health.
Eyes Closed, Ears Covered runs at the Bunker Theatre from 8 to 30 September, with previews from 6 September.
