Ivo van Hove’s latest Arthur Miller production is up and running in the West End

On Friday night, the London theatre scene welcomed stage and screen favourite Bryan Cranston back to the stage and we were on hand to join in the celebrations.
Following the success of A View from the Bridge and The Crucible, award-winning director Ivo van Hove has now taken on Arthur Miller’s All My Sons in a production that WhatsOnStage’s Sarah Crompton described as “explosive” and “memorable”.
At the after-party, we caught up with Cranston and van Hove, alongside Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Paapa Essiedu, Hayley Squires and Tom Glynn-Carney, to hear their thoughts on each other and on this “timeless” interpretation of a classic.

Also appearing in the West End cast are Aliyah Odoffin, Richard Hansell and Zach Wyatt.
The 1947 play, which first established Miller as a major playwright, follows self-made businessman Joe Keller (Cranston), who finds his wartime manufacturing success coming back to haunt him when his business partner faces criminal charges and his eldest son goes missing.
The production features scenic and lighting design by Jan Versweyveld, costume design by An D’Huys, sound design by Tom Gibbons and casting by Julia Horan. The dramaturg is Ola Animashawun.
All My Sons continues at Wyndham’s Theatre until 7 March 2026, with tickets on sale now.
