Beetlejuice sets new final performance date in the West End

The show will now complete its time at Prince Edward Theatre at the end of the year

The West End production of Beetlejuice has updated its scheduled final performance date at the Prince Edward Theatre.

Originally announced to run through to next spring, Beetlejuice will now complete its run in early January 2027. The production officially opened in London following its runs on Broadway and a subsequent North American tour.

Based on the 1988 film directed by Tim Burton, Beetlejuice features music and lyrics by Eddie Perfect and a book by Scott Brown and Anthony King. The West End staging is directed by Alex Timbers.

The cast is led by David Fynn as Beetlejuice, with Tom Xander as the alternate Beetlejuice, Hannah Nordberg as Lydia Deetz and Daisy Harrison as the alternate Lydia. David Hunter and Chelsea Halfpenny play Adam and Barbara Maitland, while Alasdair Harvey appears as Charles Deetz.

Summer Strallen will take on the role of Delia until 2 November, with Aimie Atkinson then returning to the role.

Also in the company are Chasity Crisp as Maxine Dean / Juno, Richard Frame as Otho, Irvine Iqbal as Maxie Dean, Rachel Macdougall as Girl Scout and Vanessa Aurora Sierra as Miss Argentina. They are joined by Jemma Alexander, Samuel Bangs, Natasha Cayabyab, Chris Draper, Harley Emmitt, Catherine McCormick, Robbie McMillan, Kieran Mellish, Elliott Parry, Jacob Smith, Adam Taylor, Tyler Timmins and Issie Wilman.

The show will now wrap up its run on 2 January 2027. Ticket holders for performances after the new final date will be contacted directly by their point of purchase.
