Regina King's film version of the charged Kemp Powers play stars stars Kingsley Ben-Adir, Eli Goree, Aldis Hodge, and Hamilton favourite Leslie Odom Jr. and garnered plenty of accolades along the way!

Royal Wedding (1951)

Featuring that iconic Fred Astaire "Dancing on the Ceiling" moment, this is a complete gem of a vintage show – perfect for warming those cockles!

Fiddler on the Roof (1971)

The much-loved film adaptation of the 1964 Broadway musical, starring Topol as Tevye, won three Oscars after its release, including 'Best Original Score'… and you don't have to be a rich man to watch it: it's free with a Prime membership!

The Producers (2005)

Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick reprise their stage roles of Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom, respectively, from the 2001 Broadway musical in this hilariously over-the-top movie adaptation.

Welcome to the 60's! The all-star cast for this film adaptation of the 2002 Broadway musical includes John Travolta, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken, James Marsden, Queen Latifah and Zac Efron just to name a few!

Sweeney Todd – The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007)

Tim Burton's gruesome film adaptation of one of the great Stephen Sondheim musicals stars Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall and Sacha Baron Cohen.

West Side Story (1961)

Steven Spielberg may have just blown us all away with his new take on the 1957 Broadway classic (also featuring lyrics by Mr Sondheim), but the 1961 original is always worth another look. Why not "Tonight"?
