London Writers' Week announces benefit for Grenfell Tower
Profits from the event, which has changed venue, will be donated to the victims of the tragedy
Profits from this year's London Writers' Week will be donated to the victims of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, it has been announced.
The week-long event, which is a celebration of new writing across all platforms, will now take place at The Tabernacle in Notting Hill, which is one mile from the scene of the fire.
In addition to the previously announced events, there will be a panel on how writers can respond to tragedies like Grenfell Tower.
A new 'donation ticket' has also been made available for those who can't attend. Those who would like to donate will receive a a compilation of tips and advice from the week in return for their donation. Click here to find out more.
