Josie Rourke has today announced the Autumn season at the Donmar Warehouse, featuring three plays by contemporary playwright.

Robert Hastie will direct Abi Morgan's Splendour, running from 30 July to 26 September. It will star Zawe Ashton, Sinéad Cusack, Michelle Fairley and Genevieve O’Reilly.

Next up will be Christopher Shinn's Teddy Ferrara, directed by former Royal Court artistic director Dominic Cooke. Running from 1 October to 5 December, the cast includes Nancy Crane, Oliver Johnstone, Kadiff Kirwan, Ryan McParland, Matthew Marsh, Anjli Mohindra, Luke Newberry, Pamela Nomvete and Nathan Wiley.

The final show in the new season will be a revival of Les Liaisons Dangereuses directed by Josie Rourke. Michelle Dockery, Janet McTeer and Dominic West will star in Christopher Hampton's play, which runs from 11 December 2015 to 13 February 2016.

Phyllida Lloyd's all-female production of Henry IV starring Harriet Walter will also transfer to St. Ann's Warehouse in New York.

Finally, Coriolanus starring Tom Hiddleston will receive National Theatre Live Encore screenings around the UK from 24 September and internationally from 12 November.

Artistic director Josie Rourke said of the new season: "One of the things that most excites me about this season is the strong leading roles for women. It is a thrill to announce a season of work that features, in plays by living writers, women of the calibre and power of Zawe Ashton, Sinéad Cusack, Michelle Dockery, Michelle Fairley, Genevive O’Reilly and Janet McTeer, who returns to the Donmar and the London stage."

Public booking for the Autumn season opens on 16 June.
