John Barrowman announces 2019 UK tour

John Barrowman will embark on a new UK tour in the summer of 2019.
The 12-date tour will celebrate Barrowman's 30 years on stage and screen, and will see him perform some of his favourite songs and remember stories from his life and his career.
Speaking about the tour Barrowman said: "I can't believe it's been 30 years from my West End debut in Anything Goes to my Australian jungle adventures in I'm A Celebrity, and there's been lots of fabulousness in between."
The tour will open at the Savoy Theatre in the West End on 16 June before visiting Theatre Royal in Glasgow (where Barrowman was born) on 18 June, followed by Edinburgh, Newcastle, Southend, Liverpool, Norwich, Brighton, Nottingham, Birmingham, Salford and Cardiff.
Barrowman's stage and screen credits include Doctor Who, Torchwood, La Cage Aux Folles and Sunset Boulevard. He finished in the final three when he recently appeared in I'm A Celebrity.
Tickets for the tour go on sale on 23 January.
