Little Britain star Matt Lucas is rumoured to be in line for a role in Les Miserables, currently celebrating its 25th Anniversary at the Queen's Theatre and also set for an anniversary run at the Barbican later this year. No stranger to the West End, Lucas was most recently seen in Prick Up Your Ears, and started his career in the National Youth Theatre. But the all important question is - can he sing? 

It's believed that he has been approached to play a role in the musical adaptation of Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel (backed up by a recent sighting of him at the show) but which one is not yet known.
