Eddie Izzard, Michael Grandage, Ray Davies, Sophie Thompson, Katy Stephens, Tracie Bennett, Tom Hiddleston and, as part of the Jersey Boys haul, Ryan Molloy, Stephen Ashfield and original Four Season and composer Bob Gaudio were just some of the big names who collected 24 trophies at last night’s event (For full winners’ lists, See News, 15 Feb 2009).
David Tennant, whose return to the stage in Hamlet was named Theatre Event of the Year, was unable to attend last night’s event due to Doctor Who filming in Dubai.
