Manchester’s Royal Exchange Theatre is currently receiving rave reviews for their A Raisin In The Sun. Their next production is George Orwell's 1984. We have four pairs of 1984 tickets to give away to WOS Northwest visitors!
Hailed as an instant classic upon its publication in 1949, 1984 is now seen by many as the definitive novel of the Twentieth Century. Oldham-born actor, director and playwright Matthew Dunster – who directs his own brand new adaptation of the original Orwell novel - has recent Exchange credits which include Macbeth and his own award-winning play You Can See The Hills in The Studio (which also played to packed houses in London’s Young Vic Theatre). 1984 runs at the Royal Exchange from 24 Feb - 27 March.
