Gary Williams – On Days Like These

One of the nice surprises to come out of lockdown was Kitchen Cabaret, a song-a-day from Gary Williams, broadcast from his kitchen at home. That led onto a successful crowdfunding appeal and a new album called On Days Like These. This new show features songs from the album plus the best of Kitchen Cabaret and the stories behind the songs. Highlights include Robert Flack’s ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face’, Scott Walker’s ‘Joanna’, Bread’s ‘If’ and hits made famous by Matt Monro, Frank Sinatra, Andy Williams and more.
