Steven Spielberg’s Raiders of the Lost Ark launched the iconic Indiana Jones series and was hailed as an instant classic upon its release in 1981, going on to top the year’s box office charts and win five Academy Awards. In 2016, to celebrate the film’s 35th anniversary, Raiders will be shown on the big screen at the Hall whilst a live orchestra simultaneously perform John Williams’ legendary score. This live-in-concert experience will allow fans of Harrison Ford’s action hero to experience the film in brand new way, and will mark the first time that a full Williams score has ever been performed on the Hall’s famous stage.
