A handful of talented actors are currently attempting to crack The Da Vinci Code in its world premiere stage adaptation, now on an extensive UK tour.

Recently we sat down with principal cast members Nigel Harman (who plays Robert Langdon), Danny John-Jules (Sir Leigh Teabing), Hannah Rose Caton (Sophie Neveu) and Joshua Lacey (Silas) to chat about the challenges and rewards of presenting Dan Brown's mammoth best-selling novel on stage.

Written by Rachel Wagstaff and Duncan Abel and directed by Luke Sheppard, the production completes its run in Nottingham this weekend and then heads to Sheffield, Bath, Plymouth, Clywd, Coventry, Hull, Wolverhampton, Brighton, Cheltenham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Southampton, Richmond, Woking, Leicester, Norwich, York, Shrewsbury, Dartford, Birmingham, Cardiff, Milton Keynes, Aberdeen, Salford, Leeds, Malvern, Belfast, Guildford, Northampton, Swindon, Liverpool and Bradford.
