The play is adapted from Zadie Smith’s bestselling book
Pictures have been released offering a first look at the Kiln Theatre's upcoming White Teeth.
Zadie Smith's novel is adapted for the stage by Stephen Sharkey into a play with songs. It follows the myriad lives lived on the Kilburn High Road, following characters including Rosie Jones, the Iqbal twins, their parents, their grandparents and Mad Mary.
Smith's book was a bestseller when it was released in 2000. It stars a cast including Naomi Frederick, Ayesha Antoine, Tony Jayawardena, Sid Sagar, Ayesha Antoine, Karl Queensborough, Amanda Wilkin, Richard Lumsden and Phillip Bird.
It is directed in its world premiere production by Indhu Rubasingham.
