We take a look into the dressing room of the wickedly talented actress
Gina Beck, known for roles in Wicked and The Phantom of the Opera, is currently starring in Far From the Madding Crowd at the Watermill Theatre, Newbury.
We caught up with her to find out which five things in her dressing room she couldn't live without.
GB: Wearing a corset and being flung across the stage plays havoc on my poor back and my trusty foam roller helps to ease out the knots.
GB: I have to curl my own hair for this role and Elnett hairspray helps to keep it secure. I also find the smell intoxicating as it brings me right back to all my early ballet exams in stuffy church halls.
GB: I love my sports bottle given to me to use on the Wicked tour of America. It used to have 'Glinda – Gina Beck' stuck on it but I thought perhaps it was a bit too much to keep that on at the Watermill. Didn't want the proper actors to laugh at me!
GB: A little interval pick me up, dark chocolate's supposed to be good for you right?!
GB: When stage kissing one must always look after one's oral health!
Far From the Madding Crowd runs at the Watermill Theatre in Newbury until 23 May 2015
