The iconic event returned to central London last weekend
West End Flea Market has smashed its fundraising record, crossing into six figures for the first time in the event’s history.
Hosted by performance charity Acting for Others, the event is now in its fifth year and was held on Saturday 17 May at St Paul’s Church in Covent Garden. More than £110,000 was raised for the event, streets ahead of last year’s sum, £74,000.

The flea market sees a vast number of West End shows and stars assemble with bespoke stalls, merchandise and more, as well as poster signing and selfies. The Book of Mormon was this year crowned the Best Dressed Stall, in the competition judged by national stars Christopher Biggins, Dame Arlene Phillips and Janie Dee.
Acting for Others co-chairman Stephen Waley-Cohen today said: “We are delighted that the West End Flea Market is going from strength to strength and the wonderful amount raised, which is significantly higher than previous years. Thank you to everyone that attended, supported, and made the event so successful.”
