Titanique will welcome a well-known comedian and TV personality on board the Ship of Dreams.

Playing at the Criterion Theatre, the Olivier Award-winning musical combines the music of Céline Dion with the blockbuster film Titanic.

Having been described as “a riotous voyage” by our critic, the piece is co-written by Tye Blue, Marla Mindelle, and Constantine Rousouli. It features a raft of Dion’s iconic songs, including “My Heart Will Go On”, “All By Myself”, and “To Love You More”.

Tom Allen will join the West End company as Ruth for six weeks this spring.

He commented: “I saw this show when it first opened, and I loved it so much I had to see it again almost immediately. The laughs and camp spoofing are addictive and exactly what the world needs right now. I am beyond honoured to be joining this extremely talented cast and can’t wait to come aboard for my lifeboat drill!… Wait, they do have enough lifeboats, right?”

Allen will appear from Wednesday, 4 March to Sunday, 12 April 2026, excluding 24 March, and 3 to 5 April.

The West End company currently features Luke Bayer as Jack, Richard Carson as Cal, Ryan Carter as the Iceberg, Rose Galbraith as Rose, Astrid Harris as Céline Dion, Carl Mullaney as Ruth, Michael Vinsen as Victor Garber/Luigi, and Charlotte Wakefield as Molly Brown. Mullaney will return to the role of Ruth on 14 April.

Corrine Priest, Madison Swan and Damien Winchester are the on-stage background vocalists, alongside off-stage understudies Freddie King, Caitlin Tipping and David Ouch.

The WhatsOnStage Award-nominated musical is set to make its Broadway debut from 26 March 2026.

Titanique is directed by Blue (RuPaul’s Drag Race) and choreographed by Ellenore Scott (Funny Girl, Little Shop of Horrors), with music supervision, arrangements, and orchestrations by IRNE Award winner Nicholas James Connell. The creative team also includes set designers Gabriel Hainer Evansohn and Grace Laubacher, costume designer Alejo Vietti, lighting designer Paige Seber, sound designer Lawrence Schober and casting directors Pearson Casting. It is co-produced by Eva Price and Michael Harrison.

Titanique is booking at the Criterion Theatre until 7 June 2026, with tickets on sale now.
