Mischief Theatre has announced that their Olivier Award-winning farce, The Play That Goes Wrong, will continue its run at the Duchess Theatre in London's West End, with a new booking period until February 2018.

The comedy, which follows the calamitous Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society as they attempt to mount a production of Murder at Haversham Manor, is also soon to premiere on Broadway, as well as having tours in the UK and Australia.

The company won the WhatsOnStage Award for Best New Comedy in 2014 and were nominated in this year's awards for their latest West End hit, The Comedy About a Bank Robbery.

Mischief Theatre founder and writer Henry Lewis said: "We are baffled that audiences continue to visit the ever failing Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society at the Duchess Theatre in the West End."

The Play That Goes Wrong is now booking until 25 February 2018.
