Six, the hit musical about the six wives of Henry VIII, will return to the Arts Theatre early next year, with the show now booking until January 2020.

Running again at the London venue on 17 January, Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss' piece has been met with critical and audience acclaim, and over the last few months toured to cities including Salford, Glasgow, Kingston and Southampton.

In her four-star review for WhatsOnStage, WhatsOnStage's Daisy Bowie-Sell described the show as "a madcap, frenetic, hugely entertaining history remix."

The cast for the 2019 run will be the same full, original West End cast of the show (composed of Jarneia Richard-Noel, Millie O'Connell, Natalie Paris, Alexia McIntosh, Aimie Atkinson, Maiya Quansah-Breed and Grace Mouat), with Vicki Manser (Bat Out of Hell) and Courtney Stapleton (Bat Out of Hell) joining the production as two additional alternates.

Six is co-directed by Moss and Jamie Armitage, with choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille, set design by Emma Bailey, costume design by Gabriella Slade, lighting design by Tim Deiling, sound design by Paul Gatehouse, musical supervision by Joe Beighton and orchestrations by Tom Curran.

The show was recently nominated for six WhatsOnStage Awards including Best New Musical, with the results being announced in March 2019

Six is currently booking January 2020.
