Punchdrunk Enrichment announce new Christmas show Fireside Tales

Punchdrunk Enrichment has today revealed their upcoming festive offering.

Pioneers of immersive theatre for young audiences, they will premiere Fireside Tales in London.

A show about the stories we tell, the ones we pass down and the ones we forget, Fireside Tales looks at what happens when we take the time to listen. It has been developed with schools and encourages young people to draw, write, and share their own stories.

It has been written and directed by Steve McCourt and is suitable for children aged seven to eleven and their families.

Fireside Tales will play at Punchdrunk Enrichment Stores in Wembley Park from 6 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

McCourt said: “As someone who has dedicated their career to providing platforms for youth voice, Fireside Tales stands as an exciting opportunity for the children of Brent and beyond to share their stories with the world. For millennia, we have gathered to share tales of resilience, hope and home — in an increasingly isolating world, it’s essential we hold on to that spark of imagination and the flame of community.”
